Suggestion: Nerf SCP-682's current speed.

Reason for addition/change?: SCP-682's speed outmatches everyone and he can just get free kills / size-ups since NOBODY can outrun him. The breach just becomes impossible to contain unless there's multiple GSD / MTF on to focus fire (Which there isn't 90% of the time). Give him a speed boost with a right click after he roars, then slows down. The perfect balance.

Any pros/cons of the addition/change?: Makes 682 more balanced. I don't see a con.

-1 682 is slow. he only gets a short speed boost with a minute cooldown. without it i couldnt even reach anyone thanks to weapon knockback.
