  • Why do you want to join the OdysseyRP staff team? (Explain your motivation and how you can contribute to the community.) I would like to help the server grow and to help new players!

  • What skills or qualities make you a good fit for our staff team? (e.g., communication, conflict resolution, roleplay knowledge, etc.) I have prior experiences as staff and I communicate, help solve conflicts within or outside of the server. 

5. SCENARIO QUESTIONS (Provide detailed responses to the following scenarios)

  • Scenario 1: A player is breaking roleplay rules (e.g., FailRP) in a public area. How would you handle this? Bring them to a sit room and tell them what rules they broke and how they broke them

  • Scenario 2: Two players are in a heated OOC argument in chat about a rule violation. What steps would you take? Tell them to keep it out of chat, bring one of them into a sit room and tell them not to do that while hopefully another moderator helps with the other one

  • Scenario 3: A player reports another for suspected cheating (e.g., aimbot). How would you investigate and proceed? Spectate them for a while and if they are then bring them to sit room or ban imediatly

  • Please expand on your steps for Scenario 1, would you issue any forms of punishment? What if they are a repeat offender? ect.

  • Please expand on your course of review and collection of evidence, How would you collect proof/evidence of the hacking leading to punishment?

1: I would like to be a member of the staff team as I am enjoying my time on this server and I would like to help others with any issues that they have. 

2: Bring them to a sit room and tell them what rules they broke and how they broke them. If this is their first offense verbal warning, second offense would be a formal warning, third offense would be 24hr ban, fourth offense would be a 3 day ban.

3: Spectate them for a while and if they are then bring them to sit room or ban immediately. I would get a clip as long as spectating them in first person with other staff inputs.
