    It's more so a 'Why not' situation for me. SCP-RP is something I want to keep alive, so 'why not' apply for staff.

  • What skills or qualities make you a good fit for our staff team? (e.g., communication, conflict resolution, roleplay knowledge, etc.)
    Experience with the Genre (well over 12 years of it), experience with staffing/managing servers, etc.

5. SCENARIO QUESTIONS (Provide detailed responses to the following scenarios)

  • Scenario 1: A player is breaking roleplay rules (e.g., FailRP) in a public area. How would you handle this?
    Verbal Warn/Warn based on the severity of what they're doing.

  • Scenario 2: Two players are in a heated OOC argument in chat about a rule violation. What steps would you take?
    I'd tell them to make a sit about the situation, then handle it from there. If they continue to argue in OOC, I'd probably issue a 5-10m mute.

  • Scenario 3: A player reports another for suspected cheating (e.g., aimbot). How would you investigate and proceed?
    I'd let someone else take the report/take it to someone who can handle it. I have no experience with cheats.
