Prioritize the breach depending on the danger posed by the escaped anomaly as the threat of an anomalies escape can affect the entire world if not confronted. You see MTF operatives moving to surface without authorization how do you proceed? Depending on number of offenses they will either be warned or detained and given punishments such as strikes or demotions Your COs are causing issues with other division leads/COs how do you handle this? I pull both parties aside and speak to them, getting both sides of the story, then use this information to attempt to improve the situation and ease tensions Section 4: Vision and Goals Why do you want to be the MTF Commander? What are your short-term and long-term goals for the Mobile Task Force Department? I have prior experience, however I frown upon the idea that no other candidates have merit, therefore I cannot say whether I’m the best fit for the position as that is for the community and leadership to decide.
