• What skills or qualities make you a good fit for our staff team? Im pretty good at rp, I already understand how to do moderation, and Im on every day

5. SCENARIO QUESTIONS (Provide detailed responses to the following scenarios)

• Scenario 1: A player is breaking roleplay rules (e.g., FailRP) in a public area. How would you handle this? Depends on how yall handle these types of situations but in most cases I would do a verbal as long as it isn't too major, then a warn if it gets worse. After like, 3 warns ill ban em depending on the ban length of the server (Likely around 3 days or something)

• Scenario 2: Two players are in a heated OOC argument in chat about a rule violation. What steps would you take? I ask them to stop maybe twice before telling a higher ranking member of staff, if I am the higher ranking staff I would do whatever the rules state I should do

• Scenario 3: A player reports another for suspected cheating (e.g., aimbot). How would you investigate and proceed? Well... I would need proof so I would spectate them with medal open.

6. AVAILABILITY

• Weekly Availability: (Describe when you are typically available to moderate, e.g., weekdays, weekends, specific hours.) Every day, at least 1 hour a day, if stuff is happening ill be on for maybe 5. Im on 4 - 6 PM CST, 9 - 10 PM CST

1.    My entire purpose for ever being a moderator in any server is to assist the server moderation team. I can't really expand on this much other than that I've seen people doing stuff that should have gotten them banned immediately that were able to continue for quite some time, such as a guy who had botted the server so that it would constantly leave and rejoin the server, filling the chat logs with the notifications.

2. To expand on how I would help, I'm active every day (Excluding when I'm actively dying or if I'm incapable of getting to my computer), so I would be capable of taking tickets, warning people, and answering any requests for a moderator. I have a lot of experience with interacting with people and knowing when I may need to have someone else handle something (In case of Bias or if I'm not the correct rank to handle the situation). I have learned how to show empathy while still completing my job as a moderator.

3. As previously stated, I would start with opening up Medal or any other clipping software before spectating the suspect, making sure that I capture any moment that he cheats. After which, I would collect all of the evidence and look through it all, making sure that they are 100% cheating. The punishment depends on how you all deal with this type of rule-breaking, but in my previous server, any form of hacking, such as aimbot, would be a permanent ban. Of course, I will always tell the suspect of their punishment and why they are receiving it before actually banning them.
