Section 3: Scenario-Based Questions
A new Security Officer is RDMing Class-D and ignoring orders. How do you handle the situation? 
Its more or less a staff issue due to the RDM. I'll hand out the appropriate strikes or demotions within security but anything outside of that isn't up to me. 

A raid is underway, and multiple departments are requesting assistance. How do you prioritize and coordinate Security response?

We're the primary defense within LCZ we aren't a reactionary force so other departments don't call us at will. Units would stay in LCZ and units with the proper clearance would be placed into HCZ on patrol. 

You notice favoritism or poor behavior within the Security team. What steps do you take?

Demotions, strikes, whatnot. Not going to keep someone like that in the command team. 
 

Section 4: Vision and Goals
Why do you want to be the Security Chief?

Throughout my time in the SCP-RP setting I've seen security fall due to multiple reasons a few of those being Lack of Command Staff, Lack of duties/stuff to do alongside being the entry division you are already setup for people to leave once settled in another division. Looking at these reasons I can understand why people don't stick around I wouldn't want to either but as Chief I would like to fix these issues. Easier said than done I'm aware but once I'm settled in I'll take a look at my options to fix any issues I notice or any brought to my attention.

What are your short-term and long-term goals for the Security Department?
Short term I plan to get security functioning. Establish some training documents, promote some people to NCO, CO etc and get the division off the ground. Only long term goal I have at the moment is to find good CO candidates.

How do you plan to maintain high RP standards within the Security Department?

In the past I've seen security fail to maintain a stable relationship with the Sites Department of Research. I plan to work very closely with the future DoR to ensure a system is in place for my units to participate in testing as well as assist in providing a protection detail during any tests with an increased chance of risk.

What makes you the best candidate for this position?

Prior experience, an unbiased opinion, combat/tactics experience.
