Introduction — What We're Looking For

Site Defense General is one of the highest-ranking officials within Site Command, tasked with overseeing the entirety of the facility’s armed defense infrastructure. This includes command over the Site Security Team, Mobile Task Force elements, and collaboration with Site Administration. The SDG is responsible for ensuring site safety during raids, breaches, and crises while upholding discipline, structure, and professionalism across all defensive units.

Timezone & Availability: CST I am available Monday, Tuesday after 3-5 and times differ on Thursday or Wednesday as I work 3 half days in a week and I am completely free on sundays and free after 6-7 on saturdays

Section 2: Experience and Qualifications

List All Relevant Combat or Command RP Experince: I have held MTF commander positions for several years alongside have lead containment teams and security

Leadership or Tactical Experince (IC or OOC): I have been apart of MTF for several years as said before and hold several combative documents to prove this

Section 3: Scenario-Based Questions

A GOI raid and a SCP breach are happening simultaneously. How do you prioritize and allocate your forces? The SCP breach should be first primary objective as getting out of the site can leave a major effect on any site operations the GOI should always be a secondary objective as they can be dealt with swiftly compared to SCP breaches

A member of your command staff is undermining your orders or acting unprofessionally. What do you do? They are to be talked with and with continuation of doing this can result in demotion as they should be upheld to a high standard holding a high position

There arec omplaints about Site Security's lack of training and performance. How do you resolve the issue? It is to be discussed with the the command team and further failure to apply by these can result in departmental punishments

MTF is refusing to follow orders from Site Advisors & Site Security during a code red. What actions do you take? You will take lead of MTF for the time being handle the code red and then bring up all issues after the code is set back to normal operations

Why do you want to become Site Defense General? The reason why I want to become site defense general is because I withhold many years of combat knowledge and alongside doing documentation therefore can implement many major department trainings and get them going on good tactical knowledge that can benefit not only containments but GOI

What is your plan for improving coordination between Security and MTF? My way of having a good way of working together is doing joint trainings this will allow both parties to partake in certain trainings allowing all site to deal with any threats/problems swiftly as everyone will know proper protocol

What are your short-term and long-term goals for the Site’s defense structure?
Include ideas for training, event readiness, leadership reforms, patrol/response protocols, etc.

I have many trainings such as breach and clear trainings I have wargame trainings that allow parties to take a challenge and have many documents regarding recontainment trainings which will allow people to get things done very quick

How will you ensure professionalism and discipline within your ranks? I have always withheld professionalism when it comes to any position I hold and it will always start with talking with the person if things go south it is important to be on good close relations to all members under you and beside you

What makes you the ideal candidate for one of the most powerful command positions on-site? What makes me Ideal is my experience within SCP communities and not only that but my tactical knowledge over all terms whether is be CQC, Long Range, and even containment as said before these are some of the most critical things that need to be implemented and adapted on as it can fix so many problems onsite alongside I am not a biased member and being biased can fuck over everything at once and proving someone isnt biased can allow the community to build good relations as they will not just favor people
