The Security Chief is the highest-ranking member of the Security Department beneath Site Administration. This role requires a balance of leadership, tactical knowledge, and communication skills. You will be responsible for leading the Security team, enforcing site rules, maintaining site safety, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that Security personnel are disciplined, professional, and active.
