What happened? (include any proof): Apparently, an MTF LT was helping GENSEC because there were no NCOs on and only 2 with a D-Block riot. Raven was on D-Class and started threatening to demote the MTF LT which caused a heated argument in OOC. This caused the MTF LT to start saying they would leave the branch, also in OOC there seems to be some drama here between this MTF LT and leadership.

Threatening to demote someone over OOC is not good, espically if Raven was on the opposite party (D-Class) and didn't get a third party opinion and started speaking his own mind.

Also placing an expectation to "1v7" for a position/rank in a server that is currently trying to become an RP server is not a good expectation coming from a Commander.

These talks need to be behind close doors as it's awful to be having these discussions about someone's rank/position within OOC. 

I am a secondary source just reading what happened in OOC, as such I can only provide the clip and my opinion.

This is more of an issue that needs to be handled by Site Administration rather than Staff, I've already spoken with Raven about it and told him that what he did was REALLY dumb.

 

EDIT: Further things I'd like to mention.

- For the 1v7 part, it is possible for MTF to 1v7 D-Class with their current kit, this isn't about "Skill" it's about the kit that they are provided. Raven was not calling Gree bad, he was not saying anything harmful towards Gree, he was merely stating that most MTF are able to take on D-Class due to the lack of weaponry.

- The talk mentioned about MTF being in D-Block is an actual rule within the server and should be discussed (For things to be cleared up).
- Just because people disagree with one another, that doesn't mean it's an argument. It'd devolve to an argument if and when insults are said to one another (Myself and Gree are adults and are smart / mature enough not to do that over a GMod server).

TLDR: Your concerns, while valid, shouldn't of been made into a report. My DMs are open for a reason when people utilise IC responsibilities and rank for OOC matters.

When arguments are being made in OOC, those aren't Site Command's issue, that becomes Staff's concern. I do not feel comfortable reporting to someone I don't know.

After review of the above incident and provided details. It has been deemed a non-violation related incident regarding the position and power of Ravens team position (Moderator). No evidences leads to signs of misconduct or inappropriate actions relating to Ravens team position.

An additional note, We acknowledge the choices of actions to make such claims in OOC where not the best choice of options. And a conduct note will be made to our Team.
