Proper roles

Having the only role's being site command is quite odd and quite hard to understand who's properly in charge, I know there are nicknames for a reason, but maybe make more roles towards each departmen.

Idea great proper channels and roles to help high clearance personnel in each department have there OWN announcement channel.
Possible role ideas
Site director 
Deputy-Director
Research director
Security overseer
Goc commander
MTF commander
etc...

you don't need to many roles just roles to help people get the basics of each department.
