I’ve discussed this with the other CI members and they agree the raid cooldown is kinda shit after the change it being 4 hours is basically it being 1 day cause the only times we get enough players to raid is at peak times in which we do one raid and in 4 hours there will not be enough players for us to raid again and if this is disapproved I feel since the raid cooldown is doubled I think the NLR needs to be cut in half from 5 to 2.5

+1, at peak hours this still forces only one raid per day to occur ( if you raid at 7:30 you’ll have to raid next at 11:30 which is ridiculous.) In my opinion 2 hours was relatively absurd  but now it’s unbearable for both ci and mtf and it should be noted that the passive surface rp at the present time cannot support anything getting done by ci it should in those gargantuan timeframes.

Adjustments:

  • While it is true that the cooldown is bad, at the current moment, The Foundation needs to work on their leadership, getting used to the job, and fleshing out RP.
    • I believe MGMT should first slowly get Foundation comfortable with how things are, and then slowly bring the cooldown down.
    • Give 1-2 weeks for the Foundation to adjust. MGMT should talk with both sides' leaders and find good times to slowly bring the cooldown down to get people used to raids while being able to maintain RP.

+1, I think the raid cooldown being made 1.5 eternities was a bad way to go about general FO vs CI balancing. I think its reversal should be prompt and a different method of balancing should be undertaken.
