Neutral Adjustments: While it is true that the cooldown is bad, at the current moment, The Foundation needs to work on their leadership, getting used to the job, and fleshing out RP. I believe MGMT should first slowly get Foundation comfortable with how things are, and then slowly bring the cooldown down. Give 1-2 weeks for the Foundation to adjust. MGMT should talk with both sides' leaders and find good times to slowly bring the cooldown down to get people used to raids while being able to maintain RP.

+1/Neutral Adjustments: Timer should only be for jobs that are slotted and on high demand (SCPs, important SPC jobs, etc.) Timer should be up to 15 minutes, 5 minutes is way to short, and doesn't accommodate for IRL needs such as restroom breaks, helping people IRL, standing still for 5 minutes, etc.

Any pros/cons of the addition/change?: Pros: Improved communications, less confusion with IC and OOC chatter. Cons: Tiny amount of deving to add command.
