I've been staff in many FiveM communities, mainly flerp (I was a director in that community) w 4. MOTIVATION AND SKILLS Why do you want to join the OdysseyRP staff team? I would like to join the staff team because it seems like it needs some help. My experience with calling sits and speaking with administrators has been very slow so it seems like there is a lack of staff. It also very exciting that there is a new SCPRP server that is up and coming and I would be pleasured to join the team early on. I would also like to help the quality roleplay scenarios and make roleplay fun. (if needed/requested) What skills or qualities make you a good fit for our staff team? (e.g., communication, conflict resolution, roleplay knowledge, etc.) Some of my skills and qualities, I'm very level headed I don't get angry very easily, I'm very kind and compassionate to others, and I don't jump to conclusions during staff tickets/reports. My experience being a FiveM director has given me ample knowledge of how to mediate players being unruly. I would also add that 5. SCENARIO QUESTIONS (Provide detailed responses to the following scenarios) Scenario 1: A player is breaking roleplay rules (e.g., FailRP) in a public area. How would you handle this? I would cloak myself and get a clip of them breaking FailRP. I would then teleport to a sitroom and bring the player there. If they are confused on why they are there I would then explain and show a clip of what they wrong and how to avoid doing the action in the future. I would then check their warns and see if they have broken FailRP before, if they have broken failrp before I would then issue a warning to the player, if they haven't had any warns I would then issue a verbal warning. Scenario 2: Two players are in a heated OOC argument in chat about a rule violation. What steps would you take? I would cloak myself and teleport to one of the players causing the argument. I would see what the argument is about and ask them to stop arguing and make a ticket/report on the person if they feel like it was unjust thing that happened to them. I would then take the ticket/report and ask them to kindly explain both sides of the argument, if there are clips I would judge if any rules were broken. If there wasn't a rule broken I would kindly explain the situation and why there wasn't a rule break. If in fact, there was a rule break I would then explain the rule that was broken and I would give out punishment to the party involved in the rule break. Scenario 3: A player reports another for suspected cheating (e.g., aimbot). How would you investigate and proceed? I would take the ticket/report of the person reporting the person for cheating and ask him to show a clip of said "cheats" if the evidence is reasonable suspicion, I would then tell the player I would look into it. After that I would send the said clip in staff chat asking for second or third opinion on it, if some of the staff also think he is cheating I would then spectate the player and sit there for an extended amount of time (around 20 to 30 minutes) and record their gameplay through obs. If the player is cheating blatantly I would ban them permanently. If I'm suspicious of them cheating I would post the raw gameplay in a staff chat and get a second opinion. 6. My experience on FiveM is quite a lot, I have over 5,000 hours in FiveM roleplay and over 2,000 hours being an admin or above on those types of servers
