(e.g., communication, conflict resolution, roleplay knowledge, etc.) (Minimum 150 Words) I believe I would be a strong fit for your staff team due to my professional experience in middle management, which has equipped me with essential skills in conflict resolution and effective communication. On a daily basis, I mediate issues between team members, ensuring all perspectives are heard and understood. This balanced approach allows me to help others resolve their differences constructively and maintain a positive environment. In addition to my management role, I also serve as the main sales representative, where communication is key. I'm accustomed to relaying information between departments, customers, and team members, which has sharpened my ability to convey messages clearly and diplomatically. I understand how to maintain professionalism while being approachable and responsive. These real-world experiences, combined with a genuine interest in teamwork and community engagement, make me confident in my ability to contribute positively to your staff team and handle responsibilities with maturity and fairness. 5. SCENARIO QUESTIONS (Provide detailed responses to the following scenarios) Scenario 1: A player is breaking roleplay rules (e.g., FailRP) in a public area. How would you handle this? (Minimum 50 Words) after getting some clip ill pull them to the side have a talk with them about it making sure that they know what they did wrong even going as far to get their side depending on how well they take it and understand what they did ill give a verbal warn or written one Scenario 2: Two players are in a heated OOC argument in chat about a rule violation. What steps would you take? (Minimum 50 Words) kindly ask them to keep it out of the ooc and make a ticket about it to get both sides of the story to look for a rule that was broken. If the rule was broken I'll explain how it was. if it the other way around ill explain how the rule was not broken the main thing i want to point out to both of them is that if they have anything else like this to happen it's best to make a ticket thin having a yelling match in the open Scenario 3: A player reports another for suspected cheating (e.g., aimbot). How would you investigate and proceed? (Minimum 50 Words) I don't know staff staff systems you use but in this case ill go cloak and use if we have it staff ESP this way you can follow him around without him known you are watch there a few signs of cheating like known where someone is and locking onto the when they clearly are not in the field of view getting headshots with what looks to be no miss what so every and the like after watch and determining if they are cheating or not you would get clips if they are cheating make sure i have a few as it's best to have more solid evidence they are cheating you pull them into a staff room where ill go about either jailing or freezing them making sure they can't move around/try to kill themselves to get out and talk to them about what was seen. after talking with my higher ups about what they want to do for the punishment i would do as told most likely in this case ban and log down why and when make sure i pin the clips to show for evidence. 6.
