I wanted to make some enjoyable events for everyone since there is a bit of a lack of role play for a bunch of groups right now including D-class and Gensec. What skills or qualities make you a good fit for a GameMaster role?: Storytelling, creativity, organizational skills, and uniqueness. 5. EVENT PLANNING Describe an example roleplay event or storyline you would create for OdysseyRP: I want to redo and then improve upon some events that I ran in Atlas Uprising that focused on Sage Lance and her past, following up on it with building more on it by bringing more attention to the chaos that the Lances are in. Bringing in a custom GOI that is only for the duration of the events and will end up dying in the end of the event line. How would you handle a situation where an event you’re running goes off track? I would try and get another EC to try and push it into a different location that would make it more focused on where I needed/intended it to go 6. STAFF EXPERIENCE Previous Staff Experience (if any): Atlas Uprising-Senior Moderator and EC, five months, helped make events and did the general staff tickets while an EC as well. 4. MOTIVATION AND SKILLS Why do you want to join the OdysseyRP staff team? My motivation to join the team comes from wanting to make this server a better place and having the determination to stick to it through thick and thin What skills or qualities make you a good fit for our staff team? I have roleplayed for nearly 8 years, I constantly am trying to learn the best way to communicate, and I always want what is best for the server. 5. SCENARIO QUESTIONS (Provide detailed responses to the following scenarios) Scenario 1: A player is breaking roleplay rules (e.g., FailRP) in a public area. How would you handle this? I would pull them to a private area and talk with them, issuing a verbal if it is the first time, then going up the list of punishments as necessary. Scenario 2: Two players are in a heated OOC argument in chat about a rule violation. What steps would you take? I would talk to each of them separately and find the easiest and cleanest resolution for the rule break that happened Scenario 3: A player reports another for suspected cheating (e.g., aimbot). How would you investigate and proceed? I would spectate the player and see if their actions were off or they didn’t follow logical firing pattern during a fight 6.
