Utilising RPGs / Explosives in doors

This suggestion, while taking realism into account, isn’t the entire point. It isn’t really fun to fight a CI with an RPG due to the fact it’s basically an instant win for the CI in question. If guns need to be balanced, then they should be balanced but relying on one weapon that instantly kills people who can’t react to it (As it’s impossible due to the close quarters nature of it) isn’t fun. I think the RPG outdoors is fine, but indoors makes raids completely unfair. If guns aren’t balanced? Suggest the balance. -

Reason for addition/change?: It wouldn't make logical sense due to the back-blast and also the deafening sound of the explosive in doors would stun EVERYBODY. I think it'd be balanced for raids and stuff...But outdoors should be free game. Any pros/cons of the addition/change?: Raids more balanced, might piss people off.

Your Name: Site Defence General D. Ambrose Link to Content: N/A. Suggestion: Increase the damage / buff the D-Class weapons so it's viable AND (Or) decrease the price it's made. Reason for addition/change?: As of right now, the balance with D-Class is very against them and one-sided towards the GSD. I've seen D-Class jump GSD and yet they still lose due to the majority of the weapons being unviable. The only viable (And that's even pushing it) gun is the Waterpipe shotgun and EVEN THEN, it isn't the best and relies on D-Class hugging their target. Any pros/cons of the addition/change?: Makes PVP more balanced for D-Class and makes GSD adapt to the issue.

Reason for addition/change?: SCP-682's speed outmatches everyone and he can just get free kills / size-ups since NOBODY can outrun him. The breach just becomes impossible to contain unless there's multiple GSD / MTF on to focus fire (Which there isn't 90% of the time). Give him a speed boost with a right click after he roars, then slows down. The perfect balance. Any pros/cons of the addition/change?: Makes 682 more balanced. I don't see a con.

We tried these models. They have no head hit box, and we don't know anyone that can give us head hit boxes for balance. AS MUCH AS I LOVE THEM, I cannot allow them 😞

Neutral Maybe if I see you more on (When the server gets up), I'll make my choice? Good application but I want to see how the person acts before I give my two cents, Deputy Site Director isn't some secretary position. -
+Support for 1, 3 and 5. 1. SCP cooldowns and Surface breach preventions for 5 minutes (Should honestly be 10 minutes to give SCPs time to kill people, since that's their job) would do us a favour. I recommend 10 minutes for surface prevention and 15 minutes for breach cooldown. 3. Elaboration for 173's cleaning should be provided since 173 players bullshit their way through 100% of the time. 5. That's already a thing. Neutral for 2. 2. Infils as of right now keep going into the facility, there needs to be a cooldown for infils specifically with a one life rule considering how much of a hassle they can be. Perhaps a disguise system could work since it's more effective. -Support for 4. 4. This is an IC thing that is up to Site Administration, not staff.

Bring the person to a sit and talk with them privately in a calm manner to see if they are knowledgable of the rules. This could go in many ways with the person being clueless about the rules or being malicious, either way it is best to give them a verbal warning and keep a closer eye on them, provide them some advice that'd help them in the long run. Scenario 2: Two players are in a heated OOC argument in chat about a rule violation. What steps would you take? Attempt to calm the situation down in OOC and bring one of the individuals that were having the argument into a private area for a quick discussion. Calm them down and then bring the other guy to see if it can be resolved peacefully, if it doesn't then it'd be best to mute them both for 15 minutes so they can cool off and relax for a bit. Scenario 3: A player reports another for suspected cheating (e.g., aimbot). How would you investigate and proceed? Spectate the individual and attempt to gather evidence of them cheating, if and all evidence is collected (That makes it clear he's cheating), report it to other staff and UA for a permanent ban. 6. Leadership or Command Experience (in RP or otherwise): Within other servers, I've lead security and ensured that multiple protocols, procedures and other tactics were provided to give Security an edge against D-Class personnel with the assistance and input of other high ranking personnel. As for MTF, as that is the main topic of things, I provided ideas and ways to counteract things such as SCPs, GOIs and also provide leadership examples to lower ranking personnel to ensure that the division runs well. I feel like I can do the same. Section 3: Scenario-Based Questions You have a GOI Raid and a SCP breach what do you prioritize? It depends on how many MTF operatives are at my disposal, however I would focus on the GOI raid and my reasoning for this is rather simple, it is best to ensure that there isn't any external threat that could release more SCPs. While anomalies and SCPs should be a priority, it is best to contain the threat that can release more rather than have SCPs that can't release them, but I'd still alocate whoever is best at dealing with what to ensure maximum effectiveness. You see MTF operatives moving to surface without authorization how do you proceed? Attempt to call them in to the site and see why they went over the surface, however if they continue to ignore commands and walk off then I would authorise termination (Within RP, OOC I'd ask them what the issue was and context). If they do come back, I'd figure out what happened and politely inform them why what they did wasn't good and ensure they do it again, without making them feel bad for their mistake. Your COs are causing issues with other division leads/COs how do you handle this? Speak with the other divisions leads and the COs that are involved to get their side of the story with the evidence, then I'd contact the COs that were causing issues. After getting all the information and the context of what happened, I'd provide a punishment that is deemed fit with the situation, if it's constant issues then I would demote or remove the COs from their position and get replacements whenever it is the right time, if it isn't as bad, a suspension for them to cool off would be wise. Section 4: Vision and Goals Why do you want to be the MTF Commander? I wish to become the MTF Commander for Zeta-9 because I feel like I have the potentional and the passion to make a unit meant for both re-containment and combatting GOI something that can be really good and also fun for people to do, especially for people who like to RP but also for people who like combat. My main reason is to ensure that there can be proper RP potentional and provide a sort of brotherhood for the MTF with it being organised and effective at their job. In addition to this, I also wish to provide more for the MTF and I feel like I have a few ideas that can do so. What are your short-term and long-term goals for the Mobile Task Force Department? My short-term goals that will be my priority is a proper structure to MTF with certain ranks being able to obtain certain MOSes (I.E Corporal for Vanguard Specialist, Private First Class becoming a Medic, etc) and getting people who are fit into positions such as NCOs in the situation I am absent. Once MTF has a proper structure with ranks, whitelists and people in the right positions, my long term goal would be to ensure that everything is covered for MTF, specifically with simple yet easily understood SOPs and provide a proper insentive for RP. How do you plan to maintain high RP standards within the Mobile Task Force Department? I plan to maintain a high RP standard by ensuring rank requirements are met before someone joins and ensure that individual knows the balance between RP and combat, there is a time and place for everything and I feel like that is to be enforced. A gentle push towards the direction of RP (I.E First and last names, codenames, etc.) would go a long way instead of forcing it down people's throats. What makes you the best candidate for this position? I feel like I'd be the best candidate due to my experience as an MTF Commander and Director of Foundation Security (Knowing how both MTF & GENSEC operates) in addition to having experience with setting up divisions from the ground up. I'd do my best and ensure that MTF becomes a well-oiled machine, but I also feel like I can provide a more gentle approach to new members of MTF to ensure that people can learn and improve. Ultimately, I feel like I'd be fit due to being relaxed and patient. Section 5: Final Agreement Do you understand that the role of MTF Commander is a leadership position that requires consistent professionalism, activity, and communication with Site Administration?
