Mobile Task Force/Combat RP Experience:
Ive done work as NTF, Chaos, Epsilon 6 and U-11 From "Atlas Uprising" and i am very used to Combat RP, I can familiarize myself with your specific rules very quickly.

In rp, Ive been an officer for the Server "Atlas Uprising" which is currently shutting down. and I've done management for entire sites on my own server. Out of rp ive managed large groups of people + Done moderation and administration work before
Section 3: Scenario-Based Questions
You have a GOI Raid and a SCP breach what do you prioritize?
I prioritize keeping people alive, its not worth abandoning noncombatants for some SCPs we can get back, protect noncombatants, Especially site command.
You see MTF operatives moving to surface without authorization how do you proceed?
I alert them over radio that if they continue they will likely be striked . if it continues, strike them and or fine them. Punishment will happen, but it will not be harsh, just firm.
Your COs are causing issues with other division leads/COs how do you handle this?
I have a private talk with the Commanding officers and give a formal warning, if it continues they face removal and replacement. If its OOC, I bring it to Staff, as i believe you should do.

Why do you want to be the MTF Commander?
I want to be MTF Commander because I feel like I could do great things, and be extremely active, along with my prior experience, makes me feel as if im obligated to try for this position considering the Announced shutdown of my Prior Favorite SCPRP Atlas.
What are your short-term and long-term goals for the Mobile Task Force Department?
(Include ideas for training, discipline systems, patrol structures, etc.)
My short term goals are very simple, Fill in command for every Mtf unit, and get An SOP setup. My long term goals are much different, i plan to ensure the Teams can coordinate to do their jobs, and have rosters working for MTF, This along with plans for all units to be able to operate independently, and be extremely efficient. Trainings over call with in detail explainations, Strike systems and paper systems. Have organised patrols where all units communicate.
How do you plan to maintain high RP standards within the Mobile Task Force Department?
I plan on writing up a book for operating procedures, and consequences however not too severe, I want new people to be able to learn and i want to be new player friendly, but those that have been around a while can lead by example, I give NCO'S the ability to prove themself, and discourage goofing around when we need to be serious. Overall I would setup rules, have systems setup for lower command. And have a global SOP.
What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I have lots and lots of experience in command positions and believe I would be a good fit for the position. I can be very active and help promote the server, I will work to make MTF great. I am willing to be flexible
